Dear Sir....does this Motion have to be "ok'd by opposing counsels when there are multiple defendants? Or can I just make the Motion to the court, submit it and provide Service via the E-Portal?
ReplyDeleteIs there anyone out there who can answer this; and do I just have it "served" on the local address or the corportate address?
DeleteThe subsequent time I read a blog, I hope that it doesnt disappoint me as much as this one. I imply, I know it was my choice to learn, but I really thought youd have something interesting to say. All I hear is a bunch of whining about something that you might repair for those who werent too busy searching for attention. casino games
